Who we are

At Essa Homes, we believe exceptional homes begin with thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and a personalized approach to building. Specializing in custom residential construction, whole-home renovations, and interior design, we create spaces that balance timeless aesthetics with everyday functionality.

Founded by Nicole Essa, a licensed residential builder and interior designer, Essa Homes is rooted in the Metro Detroit community, where Nicole was born and raised. After attending Wayne State University, Nicole began her career in commercial construction, gaining valuable experience in project management, construction processes, and attention to detail before transitioning into residential building and design.

We believe the building experience should be just as rewarding as the finished home. By intentionally taking on only a few projects at a time, we remain personally involved in every phase of construction, ensuring clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a smooth, seamless process from concept to completion.

Through close collaboration with our clients and trusted tradespeople, we take pride in creating homes that reflect each homeowner's unique lifestyle and vision. Our commitment is simple: exceptional design, quality craftsmanship, and a building experience centered around you.
